Hello and welcome new and returning clients, I'm so glad you found me and can't wait to hear from you! Your well-being and trust are paramount to me. I am dedicated to cultivating a therapeutic relationship with each of my clients that provides a safe space for vulnerability, growth, and empowerment. Led by my own values of integrity, authenticity, and meaningful connection, I am committed to supporting you in harnessing your strengths and developing the insight and skills to overcome life's challenges and move toward your own valued goals. I will draw from evidence-based practices to tailor my approach to your unique needs. I see adults and adolescents ages 12+. I specialize in anxiety disorders, eating disorders, OCD, and perfectionism. I often treat clients with over-controlled tendencies. These individuals tend to be high-achieving and struggle with beliefs that they are never good enough. This can present as high anxiety, obsessive behaviors, disordered eating, insecure attachments in relationships, disordered eating, or poor body-image. If this sounds like you, you have come to the right place and we will work together to find you relief with greater balance and flexibility. I am currently seeing clients for virtual-only sessions until my new space in Worthington, Ohio is ready. In-person sessions are anticipated to start September/October, 2024. If you do not see your insurance provider, please ask me about self-pay rates I am offering until I'm fully credentialed with insurance panels.
